Lostwithiel

Julie Tamblin at Learn English in CornwallHere are some pictures to give you an impression of Lostwithiel.

Lostwithiel is an ancient Cornish capital. It is a small, friendly town. The countryside around Lostwithiel is beautiful. The sea is only a few miles away.

You might choose to visit the famous gardens of Cornwall, like Lanhydrock or Heligan. The Eden Project is only five miles away.

While you are here you can go swimming, sailing, kayaking, canoeing or surfing . You can go also play golf, go horse riding, walking by the sea or in wild woodland and moorland.

My students often return because they enjoy the natural environment here so much.
